We provide you with space and time out from the ‘busy-ness’ of your world. We help you press the ‘pause button’ so you can put down the many plates you are spinning, turn down the mind chatter on all the things you ‘should’ be doing and……take a breath while you explore what it is you really want to be doing; what it is you really want to have and how it is you really want to be.
Coaching Sessions are held via Zoom, telephone or face to face and are for one hour at a time.
Throughout the year, we run a series of Burn Bright Workshops which are designed to help you spot the signs of overwhelm and potential burnout before it happens, to equip you with the tools and techniques to head that off and to help you get a clearer idea of where you are now and where you want to be in terms of your personal Burn Bright journey and all the things you want to be, do and have.
