I am finally coming back down to earth after one of the best nights of my life.
I am thrilled to have been named Life Coach of the Year at The Coaching Academy 4th International Coaching Awards held at DeVere Latimer Estate Hotel in Chesham, Bucks.
Of the 100’s of nominations, 65 coaches were shortlisted for the 9 awards presented on the evening, and Life Coach of the Year was the final and top prize of the night.
Recognised as being more than just a coach, Bev James, Chief Executive of The Coaching Academy, said “This award goes to a person who has gone above and beyond just becoming a coach. Donna has gone out there, she is making a difference and is changing people’s lives.”
And what an incredible 12 months I have had. Since establishing Odonnata Growth & Transformation Coaching in 2017, I’ve launched the Burn Bright Programme specifically designed to help people at risk of burn-out through their extreme busy-ness. I run a Burn Bright Book Club featuring books based on self-improvement, mindfulness and wellbeing. As well as radio interviews and speaker engagements, it has been the most unbelievable 12 months. Who knew that my first exposure to coaching on a talent development programme early in my career would lead to me winning this fabulous award.
What’s next for 2019
I’ve got so much more planned for next year including running workshops at wellness retreats, continuing to grow my portfolio of 121 coaching clients and delivering my Burn Bright Programme in-house to corporate organisations.
